Stop guessing. Start knowing what fits you.
Take a structured assessment, get a report that maps your interests, aptitude and values against real career and life paths — with the honest trade-offs nobody else tells you. Then talk it through with a counsellor if you want to.
Pick the area you want clarity on
Every service starts with an assessment, not a sales call. You see your results first — then decide whether you want a session.

Take the assessment
Answer honestly — there is nothing to score well on. Questions adapt as you go, so the test gets more specific to you with every answer. Free, and your progress saves automatically.
Unlock your report
Pay once, or enter the code your school gave you. You get a detailed report immediately — your profile, matched paths ranked by fit, salary ranges, and a 24-month plan.
Talk to a counsellor (optional)
If you want to pressure-test the report against your real situation — marks, family, budget, colleges — book a 1-on-1 session. Plenty of people never need this. That is fine.
A real report, not a personality label
Most career tests give you four letters and a list of jobs. Ours shows the reasoning, the numbers, and the parts you will not like.
- Scored profile, explainedYour interests, aptitude, work values and personality — each scored, each with what it actually means for your day-to-day work.
- Paths ranked by fit, with real numbersEntry, mid and senior salary bands in LPA. Entrance exams. Course costs. What the first five years actually look like.
- How AI changes each pathWhich of your matches AI is likely to compress, and which ones it makes you more valuable in. Scored, not hand-waved.
- The honest warnings sectionThe risks in your specific profile. This is the part people quote back to us months later.
- A section written for your parentsDesigned to be shown, not argued about. It takes their concerns seriously instead of dismissing them.
Qualified people, not sales staff
Every counsellor here holds a recognised qualification in their field. We list credentials openly because in this profession, you deserve to know exactly who you are trusting.

This section matters more than any other on the page — in mental health and career guidance, verifiable credentials
are the single biggest driver of whether someone books.
Run assessments for your whole batch
Buy access codes in bulk and distribute them to students or employees. They take the assessment on their own time, you get an aggregate view of the cohort. No per-seat software, no annual contract.
- Schools: Class 9–12 stream and career assessments, with a counsellor session for the students who need one most.
- Colleges: Placement-readiness and career-direction assessments before final year.
- Companies: Employee wellbeing programmes — burnout, role fit and retention risk, reported at team level, never individually.
- Volume pricing that makes sense at 50 students or 5,000.
What a cohort report shows you
Individual responses stay confidential. Schools see patterns and the students who need attention — never a student's private answers.
What people say afterwards
I was set on engineering because everyone in my family did it. The report did not tell me not to — it showed me exactly which parts of engineering fit me and which did not. I picked a branch I would never have considered.
The section written for parents was the useful part. I had been arguing with my daughter for months. Reading it, I understood I was worried about the wrong thing.
What I appreciated was the honesty. It told me my top match takes ten years of training and that the first five pay badly. Nobody else had said that out loud.
Questions people actually ask
Yes. You take the whole thing without paying. You only pay if you want the detailed report at the end. If you decide it is not for you halfway through, you have lost nothing but time.
Three ways. The questions adapt — what you get asked next depends on how you answered earlier, so the test narrows in on you rather than treating everyone identically. The scoring uses established frameworks rather than made-up categories. And the report includes the downsides of each recommendation, with real Indian salary and cost data, instead of only the flattering parts.
Only you and, if you book a session, the counsellor you speak with. If a school bought your access code, they see aggregate patterns for the batch — never your individual responses. We do not sell data to anyone.
That is common, and the report is built for it. There is a section written specifically to be shown to parents — it takes their concerns seriously and makes the case with evidence rather than dismissing them. If it is still difficult, a family session is usually the fastest way through.
No. Many people read the report and are done. The session exists for when you want to pressure-test it against your specific marks, budget and college options. We would rather you not book it than book it and not need it.
Yes. It is worth waiting a few months though — retaking it a week later mostly measures your mood, not a change in who you are.
No. Assessments and guidance sessions are not a substitute for clinical treatment. If something you are dealing with needs clinical care, our counsellors will tell you that directly and help you find the right professional.
The hardest part is starting. It takes 45 minutes.
